Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and FAQ materials.
• Support business research by collecting and analyzing data on customer needs, industry trends, and competitor products.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth product development and communication.
• Support product testing and quality assurance activities, such as UAT and bug tracking.
• Gather customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and other methods and relay findings to the product team.
