Job summary

Uline is seeking an Associate Product Quality Analyst in Wisconsin to analyze customer feedback and product returns, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive solutions that improve quality and customer satisfaction.

You will work with vendors and internal teams to address quality concerns, manage product returns, and support new product check-ins while leveraging Excel and MS Office for analysis.

Qualifications

• Analyze customer comments and product returns to enhance product quality.
• Collaborate with product managers, purchasing vendors and warehouse teams to address quality concerns and implement solutions.
• Work directly with vendors to facilitate the product return and credit process.
• Assist with new product and vendor check-ins to ensure all products meet quality standards.
• Proficient Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented with analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
