Job summary

Uline, a leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking a Product Quality Inspector at its Pleasant Prairie, WI campus. You will coordinate with the Warehouse on quality control initiatives, support vendor check-ins, and review returns to maintain accurate quality records.

The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, travel to North American locations, and strong Excel skills. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree

Qualifications

• 2+ years in quality assurance or vendor management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and travel as needed.

Position Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Warehouse team on product Quality Control initiatives.
• Support secondary vendor and new vendor check-ins, ensuring all products adhere to Uline’s quality standards.
• Review returned product for proper documentation and maintain quality records.
• Conduct detailed product testing and inspections to identify quality issues.
• Work with vendors to resolve quality issues and facilitate the return and credit process.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of quality assurance or vendor management experience.
• Proficient Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical, multi-tasking and organizational skills with relentless attention to detail.
• Able to move packages up to 70 lbs.
• Available for travel to Uline's North American locations.
