Job summary

MRI Software is seeking an Associate Product Marketing Specialist to support the Product Marketing team in bringing MRI's B2B SaaS solutions to market. You will collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to develop messaging and sales enablement materials.

In this early-career role, you will assist with product launches, demand generation campaigns, market research, and go-to-market activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in Product Marketing or related marketing roles within a B2B SaaS company.
• Exposure to product launches, sales enablement, and go-to-market activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support product positioning, messaging, and customer-facing content.
• Create and update sales enablement materials (presentations, datasheets, FAQs).
• Assist with product launches and cross-functional launch coordination.
• Contribute to demand generation campaigns and marketing content creation.
• Conduct market and competitive research and share findings with teams.
• Support events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.

Job description

As an Associate Product Marketing Specialist, you will support the Product Marketing team in bringing MRI's B2B SaaS solutions to market. Working closely with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams, you'll help develop messaging, create sales enablement materials, support product launches, and contribute to demand generation campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketing professional with experience in a B2B technology or SaaS environment looking to build expertise in product marketing within a global software organization.

You Will:

• Support Product Positioning and Messaging
  • Assist in developing and maintaining product messaging, value propositions, and customer-facing content.
  • Help communicate product benefits and key differentiators across marketing and sales materials.
  • Support updates to messaging based on market trends and customer feedback.
• Assist with Sales Enablement
  • Create and update sales presentations, battlecards, datasheets, FAQs, and other sales support materials.
  • Help ensure sales teams have current information on product capabilities and positioning.
  • Support training initiatives for sales and customer-facing teams.
• Support Product Launches
  • Assist with the execution of product launches, releases, and enhancements.
  • Coordinate launch activities across Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Help develop launch communications and supporting materials.
• Contribute to Demand Generation Campaigns
  • Partner with marketing teams to support campaigns promoting MRI solutions.
  • Assist with content creation for blogs, webinars, email campaigns, case studies, and other marketing programs.
  • Help track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct Market and Competitive Research
  • Research market trends, customer challenges, and competitive offerings.
  • Help maintain competitive intelligence resources and market insights.
  • Share findings with Product Marketing and Product Management teams.
• Support Product Marketing Programs
  • Assist with customer events, webinars, user conferences, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of product marketing projects.
  • Contribute ideas that improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in Product Marketing, Product Marketing internships, Marketing, Content Marketing, Demand Generation, or Digital Marketing within a B2B technology or SaaS company.
• Exposure to product launches, sales enablement, customer-facing content creation, or go-to-market activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in enterprise software, technology products, and SaaS business models.
• Experience creating presentations, datasheets, case studies, email campaigns, or other B2B marketing content.
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, or analytics tools is a plus.
• Some travel may be required.

In your first year, you will: Become knowledgeable about MRI's products, customers, and markets. Develop effective sales and marketing content that supports revenue growth. Successfully support product launches and campaign initiatives. Build strong partnerships with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. Grow your expertise in product marketing and SaaS go‑to‑market strategies.
