Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking a Product Marketing lead who will own a product and its business results. You will execute strategies with cross-functional teams and external creative agencies, reporting to Product Marketing.

The role requires 3 days in office in Walnut Creek and offers a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities include strategic plan development, budget management, and digital marketing optimization to drive growth and lead generation.

Qualifications

• College degree required; 3–5 years related work experience.
• Experience with digital marketing channels and analytics.
• Retail or consumer packaged goods background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and execution: manage key KPIs to reach strategic goals.
• Develop and execute annual marketing plans, analytics, and digital campaigns.
• Monitor competitive activity including pricing and promotions.
• Manage marketing budget, trackers, PO's and invoicing.
• Lead ad-hoc projects and coordinate with agencies and vendors.
• Drive digital marketing campaigns to optimize CPA and lead quality.

This position requires 3 days in office in Walnut Creek, CA Reporting to the Product Marketing or Director, Product Marketing this role will be assigned full responsibility for a product and its business results. They will be accountable for executing strategies and plans in partnership with cross-functional teams and external creative agencies.

Essential Functions

• Strategy and Execution - Manage key business KPIs to accomplish strategic goals
• Marketing Strategic Plan Development & Execution – Responsible for development and execution of annual plans including business analytics, communication, digital and social media plans. Partner internally and externally to develop and execute marketing activities that drive growth and achieve targets
• Competitive Intelligence – Monitor competitor activities, including pricing, promotion, new product launches, advertising
• Marketing Budget – Manage marketing budget, including budget tracker, PO's and invoicing
• Project Management – Perform ad-hoc projects as needed to support Product Marketing Manager
• Communication/ Networking – Guide advertising agencies and production vendors to execute communication plan; Assist in vendor negotiations and selection to control expense; prepare materials with creative agencies
• Digital Marketing - Responsible for effective digital campaign design, deployment, and continuous lead optimization; Rapidly experiment with multiple digital marketing channels to drive down cost per acquisition and increase the quantity and quality of leads

We target between minimum and midpoint of the range, and all offers are subject to a fair pay analysis - Compensation Range: Min: $110,387.00 - Mid: $137,983.00
