Picarro, headquartered in Santa Clara, CA, is seeking an Associate Product Manager for Workplace Solutions. You will own the roadmap for workplace products spanning hardware and software, partnering with R&D, engineering, and sales to deliver on time and within budget.

You will collaborate across teams to write MRDs/PRDs, conduct market interviews, and drive Agile delivery. This onsite role requires travel roughly 20% and offers exposure to regulatory and industry conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; MS/PhD a plus.
• 2–3 years in product management; 3–5 years in applications engineering or similar with product ownership.
• Hands-on experience managing software, hardware, or both.
• Familiarity with Agile software development.
• Experience as a product owner or in sprint-based development.
• Experience with hardware/NPI and PLC processes.

Responsabilités

• Own product roadmap for workplace products across hardware and software.
• Conduct interviews and analyze data to identify opportunities in gas and energy.
• Write MRDs, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on time and budget.
• Act as active product owner in Agile Scrum cycles.
• Support hardware NPI and PLC processes through development to production.
• Develop sales collateral and training to support pre-sales.
• Present products at conferences and customer sites; build key partnerships.
• Define KPIs and drive continuous improvement post-launch.
