Job summary

Picarro is seeking a Product Manager for Industrial Solutions to drive end-to-end feature ownership across the lifecycle, shaping the roadmap and delivering high-impact monitoring solutions. You will guide discovery, prototyping, launch, and iteration while collaborating with R&D, engineering, data science, and field teams.

You will translate customer insights into concrete requirements, balance near-term needs with compliance deadlines, and measure success through defined performance metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Physics, or Computer Science.
• 3–5 years of product management or equivalent experience with direct product ownership responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to write sharp requirements and prototype ideas.
• AI-forward mindset with hands-on experience applying AI/tools to product problems.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development as a product owner.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma or similar tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel ~20% for customer visits and events.

Responsibilities

• Set priorities and shape the Industrial Solutions roadmap; own features end-to-end from concept to launch and improvement.
• Translate customer insights into actionable requirements; build prototypes to test ideas and de-risk development.
• Conduct structured customer interviews and stay updated on EPA OSHA rules and monitoring tech.
• Serve as product owner in Agile sprints; collaborate with R&D, engineering, data science, QA, and field teams.
• Own product positioning, sales enablement materials, and competitive intelligence for features.
• Define success metrics and drive post-launch performance with continuous feedback.
