Job summary

Sharp Electronics Corporation USA is seeking an Associate Product Manager in Memphis to manage new product development projects and related marketing materials. You will visualize ideas, research concepts, and develop user experience concepts for controls and IoT specifications, coordinating with multiple departments to ensure timely, quality outputs.

The role emphasizes producing user guides, handling printed material queues, and supporting product launches while collaborating across Marketing,

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or 5 years’ experience in a related field.
Proven work experience in technical writing documentation.
Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

Assemble and complete new product planning sheets with specs, timelines, target costs and analyses.
Perform market and financial evaluations of new products.
Develop user documents including guides and instructions with other departments.
Write UI text and IoT/APP guides; test and adjust UX during development.
Manage printed material queue and ensure production readiness.
Develop development schedules including tooling and samples.
Prepare for and attend new product release meetings; resolve Marketing/Sales/PPD issues.
Contribute to pilot run reviews and ensure parts and customer requirements are met for product launches.
Attend PSI meetings to compare plan vs actual production and sales; propose future planning ideas.
Other duties as assigned.
