Job summary

Shape.Construction in the United States seeks a Product Manager to own a core area of the Shape platform end to end, from the customer problem through to the outcome on live projects. You will be accountable for a measurable business outcome for our customers, spanning field and office contexts and shaping AI-enabled features.

You will collaborate with engineering, design and consultancy teams to ensure real adoption, while driving the roadmap and prioritising work that delivers tangible project

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing enterprise SaaS end-to-end.
• Experience shipping AI-enabled features and applying AI in real products.
• Strong communication and leadership across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Own a product area end to end, from problem to measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering, design and consultancy teams to deliver impact.
• Drive a data-informed roadmap, prioritising high-value user outcomes.
• Define success metrics and ensure real adoption across site and office users.
• Grow the product function and teammates through feedback and coaching.
