Job description

The Associate Product Manager supports the development and execution of product strategies under the guidance of product managers and senior product managers. This role involves driving market research, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and helping manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch.

What You’ll Do…

  • Assist in conducting market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Support the development of product roadmaps and strategies.
  • Help track and manage the product backlog, user stories, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and competitive landscape.
  • Help develop the vision for AI products and implement road map planning and execution strategies.
  • Assist other PMs in managing multiple and competing demands by prioritizing product features and balancing business goals and user needs.
  • Assist PMs in leading and managing technical development and the launch of AI products.
  • Helps facilitate and the collaboration with cross-functional teams, which include technical engineers as well as business development professionals, from product ideation to launch.
  • Work with customers and business stakeholders to understand requirements

What We Look For…

  • 1-2 years of experience in a technology-related role, preferably within a product management or business analysis function.
  • Deep functional understanding of key AI technologies: supervised and unsupervised learning; neural networks
  • Experience with agile product development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Passion for technology and user experience.
  • Knowledge of or experience in health care industry

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Required).
  • Master’s degreein a relevant field (Preferred but not required).

Definite Plus:

  • Healthcare data background such as informatics or E.H.R reporting and/or clinical background
  • Experience with RFP/RFI response process for AI and advanced data applications in Healthcare
  • Hands-on data science experience and experience with key AI technologies: Pandas; Scikitlearn; Pytorch, etc.

$45,000 - $200,000

Remote Pay Range will fluctuate based on US location.

$80,000 - $120,000 USD
