Associate Product Manager, Reports & Analytics

Here's a snapshot of what you'll be doing:

• Gather, analyze, and create high-level requirements;
• Participate in the product prototyping process, interface mock-up, wireframe, and GUI creation in an Agile environment;
• Analyze market trends and perform competitor analysis;
• Share the vision and business value with the development team, so they understand the intent behind the new feature, release, or product;
• Work cross-functionally with UI/UX designers to translate user needs into seamless and engaging product experiences;
• Work with the assigned Product Managers to define the product roadmap and vision;
• Prioritize features by ranking them against the strategic goals and initiatives to ensure the delivery of the product, including managing dependencies in and across releases to complete release phases and milestones;
• Contribute to cross-functional GTM (Go-To-Market) efforts to bring the product to market. This includes aligning cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, Success, and Customer Support to ensure cohesive execution.
• Determine which ideas should be promoted into features to push the product strategy forward;
• Incorporate customer insights and improvement requests into the product roadmap and development cycle;

Requirements

Must-have:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, IT Business Analyst, Product Executive, or similar roles;
• Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices in a software development environment;
• Good presentation and stakeholder management;
• Advanced English and aptitude for learning and understanding new and emerging technologies;
• Be familiar with requirement specification techniques: user story, modeling, wireframing and prototyping;
• Possess great knowledge about requirement elicitation/management;
• Good organizational, analytical, as well as oral, and written communication skills;

Nice to have:

• Experience in Software Testing (manual or automated) is a BIG PLUS.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
• Software industry domain expertise (preferably SaaS) and understanding of complex technical problems
