Job summary

Bound Tree Medical, a division of Sarnova, is seeking an Associate Product Manager in Dublin, OH. The role focuses on developing and executing marketing and communication strategies to drive revenue growth and strengthen brand equity within a growing business unit.

You will lead portfolio plans, pricing decisions, and go-to-market activities while collaborating with manufacturers and internal teams. A strong analytics mindset and cross-functional teamwork are essential for success in this hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of full-time experience in product, project, or program marketing strategy or two years in a hospital-based clinical role.
• Demonstrate positive energy and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment to represent products/brands.
• Strong communication skills to articulate analysis and influence at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with low error rates.
• Experience creating and managing marketing programs including online initiatives, advertising and vendor programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, present and implement portfolio business plans for the assigned product portfolio.
• Manage pricing, supplier relationships, and go-to-market strategies.
• Create and manage marketing programs, collateral and tradeshow activities.
• Analyze market trends and implement growth strategies for portfolio revenue.
• Collaborate with manufacturer partners and internal teams on cross-promotional activities.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to adjust marketing plans.
• Support sales training and product training initiatives.
• Assist with cross-functional projects as needed.
