Free Market Health in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an Associate Product Manager (APM) early in your product career who is energized by improving how work gets done across internal teams. You will partner with operations, product, and engineering to identify workflow gaps, define clear requirements, and support delivery of improvements that boost efficiency, quality, and scalability.

The role emphasizes data-informed decision making, strong documentation, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in operations, business analysis, product, implementation, or process improvement.
• Experience eliciting requirements from stakeholders and translating them into written artifacts.
• Exposure to software delivery cycles and collaboration with engineering to ship improvements.
• 5+ years of experience with healthcare, specialty pharmacy, PBM, pharma, or payer workflows.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with internal operations and stakeholder teams to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Translate operational needs into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support the product lifecycle from concept through launch, including validation and release coordination.
• Use data-driven methods to evaluate impact and guide iterations.
• Document and standardize internal processes to reduce variability and improve repeatability.
