You will partner with operations, product, and engineering to identify workflow gaps, define clear requirements, and support delivery of improvements that boost efficiency, quality, and scalability.

The role emphasizes data-informed decision making, strong documentation, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in operations, business analysis, product, implementation, or process improvement.
• Experience eliciting requirements from stakeholders and translating them into written artifacts.
• Exposure to software delivery cycles and collaboration with engineering to ship improvements.
• 5+ years of experience with healthcare, specialty pharmacy, PBM, pharma, or payer workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with internal operations and stakeholder teams to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Translate operational needs into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support the product lifecycle from concept through launch, including validation and release coordination.
• Use data-driven methods to evaluate impact and guide iterations.
• Document and standardize internal processes to reduce variability and improve repeatability.
