Job summary

Health Union in Philadelphia is seeking a full-time Associate Project Manager to support the PMO team's cross-functional initiatives, including product implementations and AI transformation.

You will own project delivery, run meetings, track deliverables, coordinate across sales, product, media, editorial, and analytics, and help scale automation and processes to improve performance and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience managing projects or programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or Project Management, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent use of AI tools in work or personal life and curiosity about building with them.
• Proficiency with project management tools; Asana is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery on assigned projects, including product implementations, scope, plan, and timeline.
• Coordinate across sales, product, media, editorial, and analytics; serve as main point of contact.
• Run project meetings with clear agendas, decisions, owners, and due dates; provide timely recaps.
• Flag scope or timeline risks early; propose actionable recommendations.
• Maintain status updates for stakeholders and leadership; optimize workflows via after-action reviews.
