Job summary

Hultafors Group North America is seeking an Associate Product Manager to help drive development, launch, and lifecycle management of professional-grade industrial tools and equipment. This role offers early ownership of defined product initiatives while working with experienced leaders in a global business setting.

You will contribute to market analysis, new product introductions, portfolio management, and cross-functional projects across engineering, marketing, sales, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in product management, marketing, engineering, sales, market research, or a related business function.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Candidates should reside within the Metro Milwaukee area or be prepared to relocate before their start date.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of product plans, roadmaps, and portfolio initiatives.
• Lead portions of product development and product launch activities under the guidance of senior product managers.
• Conduct market, competitive, customer, and channel research to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop product requirements, specifications, business cases, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, marketing, sales, operations, and supply chain teams.
• Participate in global product initiatives and collaborate with international colleagues to support regional and global product strategies.
• Support the successful launch of new products through training, sales enablement, customer presentations, and commercialization activities.
• Analyze product performance, market trends, and customer feedback and recommend actions to improve results.
• Maintain product documentation, competitive intelligence, and market insights for assigned product categories.
