Job summary

Molex is seeking a Global Product Manager for High-Speed Interconnect Products in the Datacom division. You will lead the development and management of a silicon protocols portfolio at 112G and 224G, shaping the product roadmap and coordinating with global customers, partners, and internal teams to drive revenue and profitability.

The role involves working with data center and hyperscale customers, defining requirements, and launching go-to-market activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Datacom market.
• Prior experience as a Product Manager in high-speed interconnect products.
• Willingness and ability to travel globally.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the high-speed interconnect product strategy, roadmap, pricing, and positioning.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Develop marketing collateral and drive go-to-market strategies for new technologies.
• Define product requirements from customer feedback and market needs.
• Grow the pipeline and drive project releases on time and within budget.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams across engineering, sales, and marketing.
