Job summary

Molex is seeking a Global Product Manager for High-Speed Interconnect Products in the Datacom division. You will shape the product portfolio for 112G/224G silicon protocols, drive the roadmap, and collaborate with global customers, partners, and internal teams to achieve revenue growth and ROI.

You will own the product line, work with sales, engineering, and marketing to meet customer needs, and pursue opportunities with hyperscale clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the Datacom market.
• Previous Product Manager experience in high-speed interconnect products.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to travel globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the high-speed interconnect product strategy, including roadmap, pricing, and positioning.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Develop marketing collateral and industry partnerships to gain market penetration.
• Define product requirements based on customer feedback and market demands.
• Drive product launches with go-to-market strategies and sales enablement.
• Track competitive landscape and shape the technology roadmap.
