Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our team. The role supports development, delivery, and optimization of assigned product lines throughout their lifecycle, working with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to translate business goals into actionable initiatives.

You will conduct market and user research, help manage product documentation and performance metrics, and assist in client implementations while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 1 year of experience in product management or related roles preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, PBM, biomedical, or digital health is preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing products through lifecycle stages including development, launch, and optimization.
• Support the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, support enhancements, and ensure timely execution of projects.
• Maintain and update product documentation, templates, and communication materials in accordance with brand and regulatory standards.
• Conduct opportunity analyses for assigned product(s) with account management teams.
• Participate in client implementations and provide support to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure product compliance and relevance.
• Apply basic project management techniques to support scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Assist in cross-functional projects to determine product requirements, system enhancements, and support quality and stability.
• Other duties as assigned.
