Job summary

Ott, a Veralto company in Fort Collins, CO, is seeking an Associate Product Manager to help maintain the health and accuracy of our product portfolio across systems throughout the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Product Managers and cross‑functional teams in Supply Chain, Operations, Service, R&D, Marketing and Sales to ensure data quality, manage EOL plans, support CPQ configurations, and develop lifecycle dashboards with Power BI as part of our data governance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Operations, or analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product and part data across ERP/CRM/factory systems ensuring accuracy.
• Track and update End-of-Life plans across systems.
• Support CPQ structures and configurations under PM direction.
• Analyze product data to generate insights for portfolio decisions.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support lifecycle changes and phase-out activities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and lifecycle metrics using Power BI.
• Respond to internal data requests from Ops, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, PM.
• Maintain documentation and lifecycle materials.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data quality and portfolio visibility.
