Job summary

Ott, a Veralto company, seeks an Associate Product Manager to maintain product data and lifecycle across ERP/CRM systems from Fort Collins, with onsite collaboration across Supply Chain and Product teams.

You will gain exposure to PLM processes, data governance, and cross-functional portfolio decisions, growing toward Product Management leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2-4 years in Product Management, Product Operations, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Analytics, or related analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, incl. Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems and managing large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product and part data across factory systems, ERP platforms, and CRM systems.
• Track and update End-of-Life (EOL) plans and lifecycle status.
• Support and maintain CPQ configurations under PM guidance.
• Analyze product and part performance data to generate insights for portfolio decisions.

About the Role

Reporting to the Product Management Director, the Associate Product Manager plays a critical role in maintaining the health, accuracy, and effectiveness of Ott's product portfolio throughout its lifecycle. This role partners closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Operations, Service, R&D, Marketing, and Sales to ensure product information remains accurate across multiple systems, end-of-life plans stay on track, and configured product offerings reflect current specifications. This position serves as an important development pathway into Product Management by providing extensive exposure to product lifecycle management, product data governance, portfolio management processes, reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration. Through hands‑on experience supporting strategic product decisions, high performers will gain the operational knowledge needed to advance into future Product Manager roles. This position is part of the Product Management Team and will be onsite within Fort Collins office.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Maintain product and part data across factory systems, ERP platforms, and CRM systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy throughout the product lifecycle.
• Track and update End-of-Life (EOL) plans, keeping product lifecycle status current across all applicable systems.
• Support and maintain configured product quoting (CPQ) structures and configurations under the direction of Product Managers.
• Analyze product and part performance data to generate insights and recommendations that support portfolio decisions.
• Identify data discrepancies across systems and coordinate corrective actions with internal stakeholders.
• Support product lifecycle changes, and product phase‑out activities.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and lifecycle performance metrics using reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Respond to internal product information requests from Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Product Management teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and supporting lifecycle materials.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to improve product data quality, operational efficiency, and portfolio visibility.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Analytics, Master Data Management, or a related analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis techniques.
• Experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing and managing large, complex datasets with a high degree of accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboard development.
• Exposure to product lifecycle management (PLM) processes or systems.
• Familiarity with Syteline ERP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial products, instrumentation, or B2B product organizations.
• Interest in pursuing a long-term career in Product Management.

US ONLY: The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.
