Qualifications

• Must reside in the United States.
• 2+ years in product operations, product management, technology, software development, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day product operations, including tickets, requirements, specifications, backlog management, testing, releases, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Leaders to translate business needs into clear requirements and tasks.
• Coordinate with the development team and stakeholders to ensure updates are executed effectively.
• Review calls and transcripts to identify AI performance issues and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze user experiences to identify friction points and propose product enhancements.
• Monitor product metrics and flag anomalies.
• Prepare concise reports with prioritized recommendations for leadership.
• Collaborate with developers to test and implement improvements.
• Manage tasks and day-to-day operations while working with cross-functional teams.
• Help maintain product documentation and project deliverables.
