About the Role

The Anywhere UX team is rapidly growing and evolving, establishing itself as a thought leader in the company. We are seeking an Associate UX Designer to support our design team in creating intuitive, user-centered experiences for web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to learn, grow, and develop your UX skills while contributing to exceptional digital experiences.

Responsibilities

1. User Research Support: Assist in conducting user research, synthesizing findings, and gathering insights to inform design decisions. Analyze data to understand user behaviors and pain points.
2. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes; iterate based on feedback and testing.
3. UI Design: Work within existing design systems to craft visually appealing and consistent interfaces; refine UI patterns, typography, and color schemes in line with brand and accessibility standards.
4. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams; present design ideas and rationale clearly.
5. Usability Testing & Iteration: Participate in usability testing; collaborate to refine designs based on feedback.
6. Documentation & Design Systems: Maintain design documentation, user flows, and style guides; contribute to the design system for consistency.
7. Continuous Learning & Growth: Stay informed on UX best practices; seek feedback and mentorship to improve skills.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related; or equivalent experience.
• Internship, academic projects, or coursework in UX/product design; portfolio highly valued.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability.
• Familiarity with design systems and UI patterns.

Collaboration & Communication Skills

• Strong team collaboration, presentation, and feedback skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning and problem-solving.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
