We are looking for an Associate UX Designer to join the rapidly growing and evolving UX team at Anywhere Real Estate. You will support the design team in creating intuitive, user-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to develop your UX skills and contribute to innovative digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting user research, synthesizing findings, and gathering insights to inform design decisions.
• Create low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes, iterating based on feedback and testing.
• Work within existing design systems to develop visually appealing, consistent interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
• Participate in usability testing, observing user interactions and refining designs accordingly.
• Maintain and contribute to design documentation, style guides, and the design system.
• Stay updated on UX best practices and emerging trends, seeking feedback for continuous growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related, or equivalent practical experience.
• Internship, academic projects, or coursework in UX or product design; a strong portfolio is highly valued.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in teams.
