Role Overview: The Anywhere UX team is growing and aims to be a thought leader in the industry. We seek an Associate UX Designer to support crafting intuitive, user-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and senior designers to learn, grow, and develop your UX skills while creating exceptional digital experiences.

Responsibilities

1. User Research Support: Assist in conducting user research, synthesizing findings, and gathering insights to inform design decisions. Analyze data to understand user behaviors and pain points.
2. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes, iterate based on feedback from testing and stakeholders.
3. UI Design: Work within existing design systems to develop visually appealing interfaces, refining UI patterns, typography, and color schemes in line with brand and accessibility standards.
4. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment. Present ideas clearly to team members and stakeholders.
5. Usability Testing & Iteration: Participate in testing sessions, gather feedback, and refine designs accordingly.
6. Documentation & Design Systems: Maintain design documentation, user flows, and style guides. Contribute to the design system by identifying new patterns.
7. Continuous Learning & Growth: Stay updated on UX trends and tools. Seek feedback and mentorship to improve skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields like Interaction Design, HCI, or Graphic Design.
• Internship, academic projects, or coursework in UX or product design. Portfolio highly valued.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
• Understanding of UX principles, interaction design, usability.
• Ability to work well in teams, present ideas, and incorporate feedback.
• Bonus: familiarity with user research, HTML/CSS, and interest in real estate industry.
