About the Role

The Anywhere UX team is growing and evolving, establishing itself as a thought leader in the industry. We are seeking an Associate UX Designer to support the design team in creating intuitive, user-centered experiences for web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to learn, grow, and develop your UX skills while helping to craft exceptional digital experiences.

Responsibilities

1. User Research Support: Assist in conducting user research, synthesizing findings, and gathering insights to inform design decisions. Analyze data to understand user behaviors and pain points.
2. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes, iterate based on feedback and testing.
3. UI Design: Work within existing design systems to create visually appealing and consistent interfaces. Assist in refining UI patterns, typography, and color schemes.
4. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, present design ideas clearly, and ensure alignment on implementation.
5. Usability Testing & Iteration: Participate in usability testing, gather feedback, and refine designs accordingly.
6. Documentation & Design Systems: Maintain design documentation, user flows, and style guides. Contribute to the design system by identifying new patterns.
7. Continuous Learning & Growth: Stay updated on UX best practices, emerging trends, and tools. Seek feedback and mentorship to improve skills.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Internship, academic projects, or coursework in UX or related fields. A strong portfolio is highly valued.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
• Understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability.
• Familiarity with design systems and UI patterns.

Collaboration & Communication

• Strong teamwork, presentation, and feedback skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning, problem-solving, and contributing.

Nice-to-Have Skills
