We are looking for an Associate UX Designer to join the rapidly growing and evolving UX team at Anywhere Real Estate. You will support the design team in creating intuitive, user-centered experiences for web and mobile platforms, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to develop your UX skills and contribute to innovative digital experiences.

Responsibilities

1. User Research Support: Assist in conducting user research, synthesizing findings, and gathering insights to inform design decisions. Analyze data to understand user behaviors and pain points.
2. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes, iterating based on feedback from testing and stakeholders.
3. UI Design: Work within existing design systems to develop visually appealing and consistent interfaces, refining UI patterns, typography, and color schemes in line with brand standards.
4. Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and clarity, and effectively present ideas and rationales.
5. Usability Testing & Iteration: Participate in usability tests, gather feedback, and refine designs accordingly.
6. Documentation & Design Systems: Maintain design documentation, user flows, style guides, and contribute to the design system for consistency across products.
7. Continuous Learning & Growth: Keep updated on UX best practices, trends, and tools; seek feedback and mentorship to enhance skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related fields; portfolio required.
• Internship, academic projects, or relevant coursework in UX or product design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar tools; understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
• Strong teamwork, presentation, and communication skills; enthusiastic about learning and problem-solving.
• Ability to incorporate feedback and adapt designs accordingly.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of user research methods and usability testing.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end concepts.
• Interest or experience in real estate digital products.
