About the Role

We are seeking an Associate UX Designer to join the rapidly growing and evolving UX team at Anywhere Real Estate. You will support the design team in creating intuitive, user-centered experiences for web and mobile platforms, working closely with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to develop your UX skills and contribute to digital experiences.

Responsibilities

1. User Research Support: Assist in conducting user research, synthesizing findings, and gathering insights to inform design decisions. Analyze data to understand user behaviors and pain points.
2. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes, iterate based on feedback, usability testing, and stakeholder input.
3. UI Design: Work within existing design systems to develop visually appealing interfaces, refine UI patterns, typography, and color schemes in line with brand and accessibility standards.
4. Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, present design ideas clearly, and ensure alignment on design feasibility and implementation.
5. Usability Testing & Iteration: Participate in usability testing, observe user interactions, and refine designs accordingly.
6. Documentation & Design Systems: Maintain design documentation, user flows, style guides, and contribute to the design system by identifying new patterns for consistency.
7. Continuous Learning & Growth: Stay updated on UX best practices, emerging trends, and tools; seek feedback and mentorship to improve your skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related fields; portfolio required.
• Internship, academic projects, or relevant coursework in UX or product design.
• Proficiency in design/prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
• Understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability.
• Ability to work well with teams, present ideas clearly, and incorporate feedback.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, front-end concepts.
• Interest or experience in real estate digital products.
