Role: Associate UX Designer

The Anywhere UX team is rapidly growing and establishing itself as a thought leader in the company. We are seeking an Associate UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the future of real estate technology. You will support the design team in crafting intuitive, user-centered experiences for web and mobile platforms, working closely with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to learn, grow, and develop your UX skills.

Responsibilities

1. User Research Support: Assist in conducting user research, synthesizing findings, and gathering insights to inform design decisions. Analyze data to understand user behaviors and pain points.
2. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes, iterate based on feedback and testing.
3. UI Design: Work within existing design systems to create visually appealing interfaces, refine UI patterns, typography, and colors in line with brand and accessibility standards.
4. Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, present design ideas and rationale clearly.
5. Usability Testing & Iteration: Participate in usability testing, gather feedback, and refine designs accordingly.
6. Documentation & Design Systems: Maintain design documentation, contribute to style guides, and identify new patterns for consistency.
7. Continuous Learning & Growth: Stay informed on UX best practices, seek feedback, and pursue professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Internship or academic project experience in UX or product design, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
• Understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability standards.
