Job summary

OUTFRONT Media in New York is seeking a Production Coordinator to assist with production and delivery across interactive activations for enterprise clients. You will work with senior producers on production planning, creative briefings, scheduling, and vendor management to keep complex projects on track.

You’ll contribute to project plans, co-lead meetings, and coordinate with creative technology leads to organize workload while meeting deadlines and budget parameters.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience at an ad agency or in-house brand studio.
• Experience with complex campaigns and enterprise activations.
• Ability to coordinate creative assets and production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to meet deadlines and organize assets.
• Own parts of end-to-end production on complex builds.
• Coordinate production calendars and meetings.
• Manage enterprise-level activations and vendor relationships.
• Document feedback and approvals to maintain timelines and budgets.
