OUTFRONT Media in New York is seeking a production teammate to assist across interactive activations for enterprise clients, collaborating with executive producers on complex planning, briefs, and scheduling. You will coordinate vendor deliverables, organize meetings, and help drive end-to-end production for dynamic campaigns while maintaining timelines and budgets.

A background in integrated campaigns and cross-functional teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in ad agency or in-house brand studio.
• Experience with integrated projects/workflows.
• Proven experience on complex campaigns and large experiential activations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple creatives and developers.
• Strong collaboration with vendors, sales, strategists, producers, and technologists.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to meet deadlines and organize assets.
• Own parts of end-to-end production on complex builds.
• Manage production calendars and approvals.
• Support sales-facing projects and corporate marketing initiatives.
• Serve as primary contact for large-scale activations.
• Document feedback and ensure quality within budget.
