Brown & Brown is seeking an ambitious Associate Producer to join our Sales Development Program. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in outside sales, business development, account management, recruiting, client relationship management, or insurance sales.

As an Associate Producer, you'll receive industry-leading training, mentorship, and licensing support while learning how to prospect, build client relationships, generate new business, and grow into a successful sales
