Brown & Brown is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Producer to drive new business development, expand market presence, and build lasting relationships with clients in the Milwaukee area.

The role requires an active Life & Health license, a track record in employee benefits sales, and the ability to travel regularly to meet clients and prospects. The company offers a competitive base salary plus commission and strong support resources.

Formación

• Active Life & Health Insurance License is required.
• Proven success in Employee Benefits sales, consulting, or business development.
• Strong knowledge of employer-sponsored benefits programs and funding strategies.
• Excellent relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to travel regularly for client and business development activities.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship development.
• Build trusted relationships with business owners, executives, HR leaders, and key decision-makers.
• Consult with clients on benefits strategy, workforce needs, funding options, compliance considerations, and cost management.
• Present benefit recommendations, renewal strategies, and value-added solutions.
• Partner with internal service, analytics, compliance, carrier, and marketing teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
• Maintain sales activity and pipeline data within CRM platforms.
• Stay informed on industry trends, legislative changes, and emerging benefits strategies.

This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional who can help organizations design employee benefits strategies that support workforce goals, improve employee experience, and create long-term value.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship development.

Pay Range

$70,000 - $130,000 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
