Role Description

The Associate Producer is a part-time, on-site role based in Medford, OR. This role supports the production process from pre-production planning through on-set coordination and post-production follow-up. Day-to-day tasks may include scheduling shoots, organizing logistics, coordinating with clients and crew, preparing call sheets, and tracking project timelines. The Associate Producer may assist with script breakdowns, location scouting, gathering and organizing production assets, and supporting directors and producers during filming. The role also involves basic administrative support, maintaining clear communication across team members, and helping ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Qualifications
  • Experience with video production workflows, including pre-production planning, on-set coordination, and post-production support.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, talent, and production teams.
  • Basic understanding of marketing and storytelling principles as they apply to visual content.
  • Comfort with using productivity and project management tools; willingness to learn new software as needed.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving on set and in the office.
  • Previous experience in film, video production, media, or related fields is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work on-site in Medford, OR, including occasional evenings or weekends based on production needs.
