Job summary

Cresset, a leading independent multi-family office, seeks an Associate, Private Wealth Client Services to support a collaborative team of advisors serving high-net-worth families. You will manage day-to-day client service needs, coordinate complex operations, and deliver a high-touch client experience.

This role offers exposure to planning, portfolio management, and ongoing client relationships, with room for growth and increasing responsibility based on performance and initiative.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics or related coursework a plus.
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial services, ideally supporting high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and client service orientation.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for client service and operational needs, delivering a responsive, high-quality experience.
  • Support client onboarding, including account setup, asset transfers, and required documentation.
  • Coordinate cash movements, distributions, and other transactions with custodians and banking partners.
  • Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce and support reporting needs.
  • Assist advisors with meeting prep, follow-ups, and ad hoc client requests.

As a service business, our people are our assets. Engaging our clients and employees is our highest priority. Starting base salary is $80,000 - $100,000. Salary will be based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, licenses/certifications, industry knowledge, and geographic location.
