Job summary

Cresset in Atlanta seeks a Director of Private Wealth Client Services with 10+ years managing the administrative and private banking needs of ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients. You will be the primary contact for clients and work closely with a portfolio manager to deepen relationships and drive retention and growth.

You will lead onboarding, implement investment strategies, coordinate with CPAs and attorneys, and oversee multi-custodial platforms, reporting, and tax document facilitation,

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of financial services experience with ultra-high net worth clients.
  • Experience with onboarding and private banking operations.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client onboarding, investment implementation, and private banking services.
  • Create bespoke onboarding experiences for UHNW clients.
  • Initiate complex account openings and asset transfers.
  • Prepare asset reconciliation reports and portfolio activity summaries.
  • Coordinate with CPAs and attorneys and assist internal teams.
  • Operate on multi-custodial platforms and participate in portfolio reviews.
