Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Backgrounds include investment banking, private equity, or valuation with a fund/sponsor client base.
• Genuine modelling ability and defendable assumptions.
• Comfort with volume and breadth; identify the few names that drive the answer.
• Written and verbal clarity; investment committee memos are scrutinized.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite portfolios bottom up, focusing on assets that drive value rather than blanket NAV discounts.
• Build and maintain pricing models for live bids, including cash flow projections and scenarios.
• Run diligence on sponsors and assets: fund documents, track records, and terms.
• Prepare investment committee materials with clear recommendations and defined downside.
• Support GP-led and continuation vehicle processes; structuring questions matter as much as price.
• Collaborate with senior team, advisers and sponsor contacts with client-facing exposure early.
