Job summary

You will work in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative deal team, contributing to investment recommendations and ongoing monitoring of portfolio companies, while developing market insights across multiple asset classes.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in private equity secondary markets, investment banking, private equity, or principal investing.
• Strong academic record, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced financial analysis, modelling, and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced deal teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate investment opportunities through due diligence and modelling.
• Conduct analysis on buyouts and private equity limited partnership interests.
• Prepare investment recommendations for committees and the team.
• Support transaction management and monitoring of existing investments.
• Build industry relationships with sponsors, advisors, and attendees of conferences.
