Ares Management is hiring an Analyst, Private Equity Secondaries to join its Private Equity Secondaries Investment Team in New York.

You will evaluate investment opportunities, perform due diligence, build financial models, prepare investment recommendations, and support transaction management, while developing industry relationships. The role is on-site in New York with a base salary range and bonus/benefits.

• conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on buyout, growth and other private equity limited partnership interests and underlying companies
• prepare and present investment recommendations to committees and the broader investment team

The firm is hiring an Analyst to join its Private Equity Secondaries Investment Team in New York.

Key responsibilities

• evaluate investment opportunities through detailed due diligence, industry research, benchmarking, and financial modelling

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in private equity secondaries, investment banking, private equity, or principal investing
• strong academic record
• advanced financial analysis, modelling, and presentation capabilities

Reports to Partner, Secondaries.

Base salary range: $105,000-$135,000 plus discretionary performance-based bonus and benefits.

Compensation: $105,000.00 - $135,000.00.
