The ideal candidate has 10+ years of structural engineering experience with a focus on building design, a SE license, and a track record of delivering complex projects, mentoring staff, and collaborating with architects,

Qualifications

10+ years of structural engineering experience (building design focus).
SE license required.
Experience with seismic design and California codes preferred.
Proven leadership experience managing teams and delivering projects.
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.
Strong technical expertise with a recognized area of strength (market or system type).
Exposure to DSA or HCAI/OSHPD projects is a plus.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
