Job summary

You will drive financial rigor, translate experiments into business insights, and influence senior leadership on product decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategic finance, product finance, consulting, or related fields.
• Proven track record partnering with product teams to impact outcomes.
• Ability to connect product metrics, user behavior and financial impact.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and data extraction/analysis ability.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end impact tracking for host product experiments with analytics teams.
• Build performance management systems linking metrics to growth and revenue.
• Collaborate on roadmap prioritization with business partners and product teams.
• Provide actionable financial insights and enable data-driven decisions.
• Present clear narratives and recommendations to senior leadership.
