Job summary

Airbnb seeks a Principal in Strategic Finance & Analytics to partner with senior leaders across Homes and Marketing, driving high-quality host supply. You will own the recommendation process, becoming the subject matter expert on lead sourcing, pricing, and channel effectiveness.

You will forecast lead generation performance, manage full-funnel analytics, and shape sales operations and marketing investment decisions with a commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in analytical roles with ownership of recommendations.
• Strong financial modeling skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience translating complex data into executive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation Performance Management: forecast, set goals, and report to executives.
• Full-Funnel Analytics: analyze conversion and vendor productivity to optimize value.
• Sales Operations Design: optimize routing, incentives, and activation costs.
• Marketing Investment Allocation: assess efficiency and reallocate budgets.
• Executive Communication: present clear recommendations to senior leaders.
