Responsibilities :

• Lead SAP projects from initiation through evaluation, preparation, business blueprinting, realization, testing, final preparation, go-live, and support phases, ensuring successful implementation or upgrade aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including work breakdown structures, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders and ensure these are documented in the Statement of Work (SOW).
• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and proactively address deviations.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and guide project teams to meet business and technical requirements.
• Serve as the main contact for clients, internal teams, and vendors, setting expectations and providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate effectively with governance bodies, and document project risks with mitigation strategies.
• Develop change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions for end-users and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and leverage SAP tools and standards for optimal results.
• Maintain a strong understanding of SAP modules, systems, and business processes to align solutions with organizational goals.
• Stay updated with SAP innovations and industry trends to enhance project outcomes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects is preferred.
