Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP projects from initiation to post-go-live support, ensuring successful implementation or upgrade aligned with business goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring clarity in the Statement of Work (SOW).
• Oversee project execution, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards; address deviations proactively.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and guide project teams to meet technical and business requirements.
• Act as the main contact for clients, internal teams, and vendors, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with governance bodies about project progress and risks.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on delivery.
• Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and user adoption.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and leverage SAP tools and standards.
• Maintain a strong understanding of SAP modules, systems, and business processes.
• Stay updated on SAP innovations and industry trends to improve project outcomes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation is preferred.

Qualifications

Preferred Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL
