Job summary

Realign Llc is seeking an Oracle EBS / Fusion Program Manager to lead large ERP transformations in a fast-paced environment in Miami, FL. The role targets Oracle Fusion Financials, PPM, and project-based accounting expertise.

You will drive requirements, design solutions, oversee implementation, testing, training, and post go-live support. Candidates should have 10–12+ years of experience, strong analytics, and hands-on experience with GL, AP, AR, CM, and FA.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion PPM (Project Portfolio Management).
• Knowledge of EPC project accounting and project-based organizations.
• Oracle Financials Cloud Certified Implementation Professional
• Oracle Cloud ERP Certifications
• Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, and Financial Reporting Studio.
• Knowledge of Agile and ERP transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Financials implementation, enhancement, and support activities.
• Configure and maintain: General Ledger (GL); Accounts Payable (AP); Accounts Receivable (AR); Cash Management (CM); Fixed Assets (FA); Expense Management; Tax Management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Support financial close, reconciliation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Configure Chart of Accounts, Ledgers, Legal Entities, Business Units, and Accounting Rules.
• Manage period-end and year-end close activities.
• Integrate Oracle Fusion Financials with Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Procurement modules.
• Develop financial dashboards and KPI reports for management.
• Work on integrations between Oracle Fusion and external systems; REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI uploads, OTBI Reporting, BI Publisher Reports.
