The Disney Entertainment segment includes the company’s full portfolio of entertainment media and content businesses globally, including streaming. The Digital Center of Excellence Production Team is responsible for ideating, developing, and executing digital, social content, and creative assets for the Studio brands and titles to support the wider Disney Entertainment Digital Marketing Team. Consisting of a unit of designers, editors, and producers, with full-service development-to-distribution capabilities, the team serves as a one-stop internal creative agency to address the marketing needs of a rapidly evolving consumer base.
The Associate Preditor (Producer + Editor) is a highly versatile and skilled storyteller responsible for overseeing the entire video production process from ideation to final delivery. This hybrid role demands a professional who thrives in both creative production—articulating a clear vision for support team members—and in post-production—seamlessly blending technical expertise with innovative storytelling.
This role is ideal for a multifaceted content creator who excels in both editorial and production environments, ensuring the successful execution of a wide variety of digital-first projects across The Walt Disney Company’s many brands. The Associate Preditor will divide their time being hands-on in editing, leading creative production teams, and executing on-set production tasks.
As part of the DCOEP team, this role will require collaboration with producers, designers, motion graphics artists, marketing teams, and external stakeholders to create high-quality digital content for on-demand video platforms, social media, and more. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, fast-paced problem solver who can manage multiple projects and deliver polished, engaging content under tight deadlines.
Beyond technical execution, the Associate Preditor will be responsible for shaping brand narratives, adapting to evolving platform trends, and pushing the creative boundaries of digital storytelling. A deep understanding of TWDC’s IPs, brands, and audience expectations is critical to success in this role. The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $85,800 to $115,000 per year. The actual offered base pay will consider internal equity, geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be included, along with comprehensive benefits.
