Job Description:

The Disney Entertainment segment includes the company’s full portfolio of entertainment media and content businesses globally, including streaming. The Digital Center of Excellence Production Team is responsible for ideating, developing, and executing digital, social content and creative assets for the Studio brands and titles to support the wider Disney Entertainment Digital Marketing Team. Consisting of a unit of designers, editors, and producers, with full-service development-to-distribution capabilities, the team serves as a one-stop internal creative agency to address the marketing needs of a rapidly evolving consumer base.

The Assoc Preditor (Producer + Editor) is a highly versatile and skilled storyteller responsible for overseeing the entire video production process from ideation to final delivery. This hybrid role demands a professional who thrives in both creative production: articulating a clear vision for other supporting team members to follow, and in post-production: seamlessly blending technical expertise with innovative storytelling.

This role is ideal for a multifaceted content creator who excels in both editorial and production environments, ensuring the successful execution of a wide variety of digital-first projects across The Walt Disney Company’s many brands. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, fast-paced problem solver who can manage multiple projects and deliver polished, engaging content under tight deadlines.

Beyond technical execution, the Assoc Preditor will be responsible for shaping brand narratives, adapting to evolving platform trends, and pushing the creative boundaries of digital storytelling. A deep understanding of TWDC’s IPs, brands, and audience expectations is critical to success in this role. If you have a passion for production, editing, and innovation, this position offers the opportunity to create industry-leading content for one of the world’s most iconic entertainment brands.

  • Edit on-site or remotely for conventions, live events, and premieres, delivering quick-turn assets within hours.
  • Maintain consistency across multiple brand identities while adapting to unique storytelling styles.
  • Be adaptable to rapid changes in creative direction and stakeholder feedback.

  • Collaborate with marketing and creative leads to refine messaging and branding elements within video projects.
  • Oversee quality control for final deliverables, ensuring adherence to TWDC’s creative and legal standards.
  • Assist in asset management, archiving, and media organization to streamline post-production efficiency.
