ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY-CREDITOR REPRESENTATION

Location: Englewood, CO

Janeway Law Firm, P.C. is seeking a full-time Colorado-licensed Attorney with 0-7 years of experience. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, well-organized, possess strong communication skills, and have a solid work ethic. Candidates should work well independently and as part of a team, maintain a positive attitude, and adapt to changing circumstances. Experience in foreclosure, title insurance, litigation, or creditor bankruptcy is helpful but not mandatory. The office environment is casual yet fast-paced.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing a caseload related to creditor bankruptcy and foreclosure matters
  • Drafting and reviewing pleadings for bankruptcy, foreclosure, and collections
  • Maintaining calendars and preparing for hearings and deadlines
  • Providing excellent client service
  • Assisting with firm-wide projects
  • Meeting production and performance standards
  • Maintaining a full caseload with court appearances
