Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience designing technical solutions and administering enterprise applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, and related tools; familiarity with DevOps/CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs and design scalable, secure solutions meeting quality, security and accessibility requirements.
• Demonstrate solutions and platform capabilities with clients and prospects.
• Develop, test, and implement technical solutions using low-code configurations in Power Platform and Copilot Studio in an agile process.
• Adhere to development standards for design, development, testing, implementation and documentation; continuously improve them.
• Perform testing to ensure releases meet efficiency, quality, security, and reliability standards.
• Provide maintenance and technical support for enterprise applications per SLAs.
• Keep up with industry trends and leverage AI capabilities as needed.
