Job summary

Group O, Inc. invites an Associate Power Platform Developer to join IT Development/Support in Milan, IL. You will design, develop, test, implement, and support software solutions using Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio within an agile team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent, 2+ years of experience with enterprise applications, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Full-time employment with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

Associate Power Platform Developer

Description

Associate Power Platform Developers work with a technology solution team to design, develop, test, implement, and support software solutions to capture data and enable process automation through configuring and customizing enterprise software applications using Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and design technical solutions that will meet quality needs for security, scalability, reliability, usability, and accessibility.
• Participate in demonstrations and discussions of solutions and platform capabilities with clients and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with team to develop, test, and implement technical solutions using configurations and low-code solutions using Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio in an agile development process.
• Follow development standards for solution design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation and work with team to continually refine and improve those standards.
• Perform testing for solutions to ensure releases meet standards for efficiency, quality, security, and reliability.
• Provide maintenance and technical support for enterprise applications in accordance with organizational standards and service-level agreements.
• Keep up with industry trends and learn new technologies as needed to meet company needs, including leveraging AI capabilities.

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT discipline or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in designing technical solutions and administration of enterprise applications or a similar role.
