The Platform Experience role supports the firm’s investment management and reporting ecosystem by administering, maintaining, and enhancing the Addepar platform across user access, permissions, database configuration, reporting, and end-client support workflows.
This role is responsible for managing user onboarding and access controls, maintaining permission structures and role assignments, supporting platform data integrity, configuring core database elements, and assisting with report setup, output validation, and ongoing platform enhancements. The associate provides responsive support to internal users and end clients, troubleshoots platform questions, documents processes, and helps establish scalable governance practices for Addepar usage.
Working collaboratively with Product Management, Operations, Compliance, Advisory Teams, and vendor partners, the Platform Experience Associate delivers timely, accurate, and service-oriented platform support to improve operational efficiency, reporting reliability, and the overall experience for Home Office, Advisory Teams, clients, and family offices.
Location: Stamford, CT or New York, NY
$100,000 - $120,000, based on experience

Compensation will be comprised of a base salary and an opportunity to qualify for bonus(es) or commissions. NewEdge Capital Group's benefit package includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, PTO and 401(k) match (after applicable waiting periods).
